Township of Zorra
In 2012, a group of residents from Thamesford approached the Township with a proposal to establish an off-leash dog park for residents to enjoy.  After many hours of meeting and planning, an ideal location was chosen at the north end of Grace Patterson Park on Allen Street.  This location offers parking and beautiful views of the river.  With community donations and lots of volunteer help from the community, the dog park was officially opened on November 2, 2013.  Slide show below features photos by Zorra's Chief Administrative Officer Don MacLeod.
