At the January 13, 2015 meeting of the Council of the Township of Zorra, By-law 05-15 was passed "being a by-law to establish interim control provisions for the Township of Zorra to prohibit new or expanded mineral aggregate operations and new concrete and asphalt recycling plants for a period of one year in order to permit the completion of a Planning Review of the related existing Official Plan Policies and Zoning Provisions.
