Procedural By-law Notice
TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of The Corporation of the Township of Zorra, at its meeting to be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 9:30 a.m., proposes to adopt revisions to its Council Procedural By-law for governing the calling, place and proceedings of Council meetings and to provide public notice of such Council meetings. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers, Township Office, 274620 27th Line, Ingersoll, ON.
THE PROPOSED REVISION will reflect minor housekeeping amendments including recent legislative changes following the enactment of Bill 68 - Modernizing Ontario’s Municipal Legislation Act, 2017. Proposed changes can be viewed here.
ANYONE MAY SUBMIT written comments to the Municipal Clerk either in support of or in opposition to the proposed Council Procedural By-law amendments and the deadline for submitting such shall be January 10, 2018 at 4:30 p.m.
ADDITONAL INFORMATION relating to the proposed by-law/revision is available for inspection in the Township of Zorra Office, during normal office hours, Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

All bid documents can be downloaded, free of charge, from this Township Website or documents may be purchased at the Township Office for a fee of $25.00 per copy (includes HST) or $75.00 for large construction and engineering tenders.
All completed Tenders and Request for Proposals are to be dropped off at the Township Office located at 274620 27th Line, Ingersoll, Ontario, by the deadline noted on the Tender/RFP document.
Zorra Tender Opening - Tender results are announced and recorded as opened. The amounts listed in the Tender Results have not been checked or verified and may contain errors. The Township of Zorra reserves the right to reject any of all bids and the lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
